1/3 Cup of Aborio rice
¾ Cups of whole milk
2 to 3 tbsp Equagold Raw Vanilla Sugar
1 tbsp Manuka Honey or Golden Syrup if preferred
½ Cup of finely chopped Dates
Use a 6 cup capacity oven proof dish and stir while combining the ingredients. Bake for 2 hours at 150°. Remove from the oven twice during the cooking to stir.
